Are you an experienced Key Account Manager?

Our client is a challenger brand that has disrupted the beauty and wellness industry with its bold approach to inclusive, science-driven body care. Due to recent investment and continued success, the opportunity to recruit a National Account Manager has arisen to manage their key retail accounts and execute sales strategies that align with the brands goals and foster growth 

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective accounts
  • Negotiate contracts and programs to support business goals and maintain alignment with customer needs.
  • Track and meet sales targets, ensuring alignment with the financial objectives of key accounts.
  • Attend tradeshows to represent the brand as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on financial planning, budgeting, and sales processes.
  • Oversee sales platforms and work with Customer Service to ensure timely order fulfilment and client satisfaction.
  • Manage distribution plans, product assortments, and pricing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities to expand market reach and increase revenue.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in key account management, ideally within cosmetics or personal care
  • Strong history of managing relationships speciality retailers (such as Ulta or Sephora) 
  • Proven ability to open new sales opportunities and foster strong partnerships with both existing and potential accounts.
